Reasonably large and warm unit with good windows. Very helpful staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Nice and great location, at a short distance from Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck.

The venue is conveniently situated near the city center and the train station, plus there's the St Paul's Church just 2 km away, the room was big, cozy with great windows, and it had all the amenities I required.

The room was newly renovated, calm and very clean. The bathroom had high standard. The breakfast was very good for its price. The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from the Place Ducale, the railway station and the pedestrian area.

Breakfast was good, location was good.
We were on a family room (third floor), the room was small, and the slanted ceiling made it worse. The windows were on an angle (as the ceiling), so we had plenty of light but no view at all. There is no elevator (maybe that should be mentioned somewhere in the hotel description...) and when you are traveling with small children that is a big drawback.

Situated not far from the centre of town, the hotel provided a pleasant base to enable us to explore the region. The railway station is at five minutes walk, so we used the cheap, reliable trains to visit local places.Contrary to some reports, parking was not a problem, the hotel having an arrangement with the railway station to use their carparks.. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Some of the rooms were a bit noisy as the hotel lies near a main road. however the double glazing worked well

Good value for money. Excellent location very near railway station and not far from center of town. Friendly staff, free parking on the street at night or on weekend. We stayed for one night whilst touring the area, and for this it was perfect. A clean and unpretentious place for a good night's rest, with a decent and fairly priced breakfast.
We had a small family room for 4 on 3rd floor with no elevator. Fine for short stay with a light load, but would not want that with lots of baggage, baby equipment etc. for a longer stay. No aircon in the top floor rooms (under the roof). We had great weather so no problem, but I can imagine that in hot weather it would be uncomfortable (but considering the price this is not a complaint). Entrance hallway a bit aged with a mildly funny smell, but not extending to the rooms.

Friendly employees
We do not speak French, the employees should know atleast some English. Admittedly, we should know some French.

The family king room has a very comfortable bed, central heating, an iron, and a work desk; it's in a great location just a 10-minute walk to St Paul's Church.
